Dr Sebi Food List:  Dr. Sebi was a health and wellness guru. A Honduran man with humble beginnings, Dr. Sebi created great strides in the world of natural health and wellness with the creation of his specialized diet. Dr. Sebi believed that there were six fundamental food groups: live, raw, dead, hybrid, genetically modified, and drugs. His diet essentially cut out all the food groups except live and raw, encouraging dieters to eat as closely to a raw vegan diet as possible. This included foods like naturally grown fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains. Dr. Sebi believed that the raw and live foods were “electric,” which fought the acidic food waste in the body.

With his diet, Dr. Sebi developed a list of foods that he considered to be the best for his diet, and named this the Dr. Sebi Electric Food List. Even after his passing, the Dr. Sebi product list continues to grow and evolve. The following is a thorough outline of Dr. Sebi food list.

Dr. Sebi Herb List

The herb list is the most limited of Dr. Sebi’s food lists, as it is difficult to find an herb that has not been altered. A good rule of thumb for the herbs is to think of ones that can be used as soon as they are picked from the garden (a non-GMO garden, of course). Some of the most versatile herbs on the Dr. Sebi Herb list include:

  • Basil
  • Dill
  • Oregano
  • Onion powder
  • Pure sea salt
  • Cayenne
